I've used 1.75 cups of flour and 1 cup of cake flour, but the conversion to ounces was totally incorrect (I've since amended that). The recipe for the dough was from Cooks Illustrated, and seeing as we have been using metric measurements for the past 40 years, I never picked up on that. Thanks for bringing it to my attention, and I hope this clears up any confusion. The dough is fantastic BTW. Hope you have some success with it.Pamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16588727173352820914noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34584175.post-18023604673570365322008-08-18T03:30:00.000+10:002008-08-18T03:30:00.000+10:00Hello. Pizza look delish, I would like to try it but I am confused about something.

In the ingredients, 1 cup = 8 oz, but 1 cup CAKE FLOUR is written as FOUR (4) oz. Did you mean to enter 8 oz?

Thanks, I look forward to your answer.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34584175.post-41283129739843382472008-02-05T06:18:00.000+11:002008-02-05T06:18:00.000+11:00Thanks Barbara.
